If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! Excellent service and outstanding communication from Day One. Jessica and Luz are superstars in their positions at Team Collision. Although I never met any of the Technicians who worked on my vehicle, I'm grateful to each of them for their skill in expediting my repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My car was broken into with the intention of stealing it because the thieves thought it had no steering wheel lock. The drivers side back window was broken, the steering wheel column cover was destroyed, and the inner works of the steering column was damaged, along with the controls for operating the cars ignition; directional signals; head lights; and wipers. Team Collision of Ewing NJ did more than just Five Stars and from the time I drove up to the day the car was done their whole operations was totally incredible and professional. Everybody at Team Collision is focus on the Customer and their work ! My thanks to all at Team Collision.

It’s not everyday or often enough we experience 5 star customer service the way I did yesterday calling Team Collision. I needed some warranty work done on my vehicle. The associate Jessica was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to get my work scheduled and a rental car booked on the same day!!! (For context: I had called a Toyota in Eatontown where I got the vehicle and they jerked me around for 2 months.) I highly recommend using Team Collision for your auto body repair needs. The estimator was also very friendly and explained everything to me. Overall the entire experience has been above and beyond what I had expected. Thank you Jessica and team collision!!

We worked with team collision after our vehicle was rear-ended. They were very professional, and Jessica was an absolute joy to work with. They were communicative, and very knowledgeable about the RAV4 construction and safety features. Ultimately our vehicle was declared a total loss, but I feel grateful we brought it to TEAM Collision who identified the structural safety of the vehicle was compromised when our insurance company just wanted to straighten the frame.
